Property Readiness Guides

To help ensure every campaign starts off with the best possible foundation, please refer to my property readiness guides.

These guides walk you through each zone in the home, pinpointing regular issues that arise at photo shoots.

You are welcome to use these guides for your own reference, I urge you to incorporate them into training of new staff.

General checklist & overview

Easy Bookings based on my current availability

I have regular booking slots each day, this allows me to ensure every client & property gets the same amount of love without the pressure of needing to be elsewhere, I have chosen quality over quantity.

My booking slots each day are, 10am, 1pm & twilight. If you ever require a shoot outside of these times, reach out to me.

I do offer sunrise or early AM shoots upon request, twilight rates apply.

Weekends are available in Spring & summer, a surcharge of $150 applies.

Rental shoots - are limited to Monday, Wednesday & Friday Mornings at 9am. Or, if on lock box, I will shoot around my availability provided I know when you require the images by. I do not photograph tenanted properties.

Floorplans are completed by Nathan & Dwayne of DND Floorplans. Simply tick the box during the booking process for DND to attend.
